Calquat fruits can be grown at level 72 Farming with a Calquat seed. While inedible, they can be hollowed out with a knife to make Calquat kegs, which can hold up to four pints of player-brewed ale. Calquats can also be used in a compost bin to make Super compost. Picking the fruit gives 48.5 experience (with 6 fruits per tree, when fully grown), while checking the health gives 12,096 experience.
If a player has completed Jungle Potion, Imiago will be willing to protect the calquat trees from disease in exchange for eight poison ivy berries. The patch is located north of Tai Bwo Wannai.
To remove such trees from a farming patch, players have to dig them out with a spade. Players cannot chop them down.
