Cabbage seeds are the third seeds able to be grown in allotment patches. They may be obtained by pickpocketing Master farmers, or by purchasing or stealing them from Olivia's seed stall in Draynor village. You can also get them from picking cabbages from fields or as a monster drop. This is also a possible reward from Mobilising Armies.
