Buffs and debuffs are changes to combat capabilities. They include activated prayers and changes in levels of combat skills. A positive change is called a buff, and a negative change a debuff. They are seen on the Buffs/debuffs interface, which like most interfaces, can be moved around, although it cannot be resized. In Legacy Mode, they can be viewed from the attack styles panel.
