The bubble maker is an item that can be bought from Diango to celebrate the wedding between the King Black Dragon and the Kalphite Queen (and the real life marriage between Kate Middleton and Prince William which it parodies). It can be worn and the Blow-bubbles option used, which will create a small group of bubbles and a sound effect which sounds like bubbles being blown underwater. The bubble maker resembles a bugle.
This item can also be obtained from Snow implings or from opening a Gift of Giving (active) during the 2012 Christmas event.
