The bronze med helm is the weakest medium helmet. It can be equipped to give a player (slightly) better Defence bonuses in combat. Its recommended use is in melee combat. Players can make a bronze medium helmet with the Smithing skill at level 3 using 1 bronze bar, giving the player 12.5 smithing experience. Players can purchase this medium helmet from Peksa's Helmet Shop in Barbarian Village. It is required for the Black Knights' Fortress and King's Ransom quest. Bronze med helms respawn in the southeastern corner of Draynor Manor.
