Bob Sinclair is one of Lord Sinclair's children. He is a suspect during the Murder Mystery quest. Players may find Bob Sinclair to be the culprit, but not everyone will, as mentioned in the quest guide, the murderer is different for everyone, you may find that Bob did it while your friend might find Anna, or any of the other children, to be the culprit.
Bob seems to be a very common name amongst NPC's.
