Blurberry is the first NPC players go to before being allowed to play the Gnome Restaurant minigame.
He is also used to get the fruit blast, the drink needed for the Recipe For Disaster quest.
He is found in the Gnome Stronghold in the Grand Tree at the bar on the first floor (the floor above ground level).
He also plays a part in the Monkey Madness quest.
