The Bloodworm is a leech-like creature found in both the Barrows tunnels and the Chaos Tunnels.
In the Barrows tunnels, it is one of the many obstacles between a player and the chest containing rewards. Bloodworms are often ignored due to their lack of profitable drops other than charms. Killing a bloodworm will increase the kill count by one.
Bloodworms are also found in the Chaos Tunnels are found in one of the south-east chambers, along with several leeches.
Bloodworms are aggressive to any player, regardless of combat level. Their max hit is 7, but they rarely hit over 5.
