Bloodfire Burst requires a Magic level of 68 to cast and can do a maximum of 652 fire damage in a 3x3 square area up to 9 targets. This spell can heal the caster for 5% of the damage inflicted on the targets. This healing effect is best with Soul Split enabled as 25% of the damage inflicted is healed per spell.

As with all Ancient Magicks spells, the quest Desert Treasure must be completed to cast this spell.

This spell can replace Bloodfire Barrage because of the lower magic level requirement and amount and cost of runes required to cast this spell.

Bloodfire Burst is used by many players during the Dream Mentor Quest to defeat the Inadequacy due to the A Doubts' it summons, the spell heals a large portion of LP and conserves a players food during the quest.

This spell could also prove helpful in the fight caves, as many players bring Saradomin brews and purple sweets and this could work as a stackable high healing method.

Remember, you cannot use Lunar Spells or Standard spells if you are using Ancient Magicks.
