The Black longsword is a longsword stronger than the steel longsword. It can only be used in combat. Players can purchase this longsword from the Varrock Swordshop in Varrock.

As with all black weapons, players cannot make this item using the Smithing skill.

Black longswords can be obtained as rewards from level 1 treasure trails or as a drop from Shadow warriors.
