Gold-trimmed black full helm (in-game Black full helm(g)) may be obtained as rewards from level 1 Treasure Trails. It cannot be made through the Smithing skill. This helmet has the same bonuses as a normal Black full helm.

The "free trimming" scam associated with these type of armours has been made obsolete due to an trade update by Jagex.
