Black canes are obtained as rewards from Level 1 treasure trails. They can be used, together with the top hat, Black elegant costume and Pirate boots, to look like a gentleman.
Unlike other black items, level 8 Attack is needed to equip this. This item came as part of the Treasure trail April update, together with the Adamant cane and the Rune cane. Each cane is topped with a gem and cannot be smithed. Prices have risen due to the popularity of the Elegant costumes as they are generally worn together.
This cane is topped with a cut sapphire gem, with rubies and diamonds atop their adamant and rune counterparts.
Despite being the weakest cane currently in the game, it is the most expensive one due to it looking most like a regular cane. This look made it popular with Skill pure players and players who have high combat levels.
