The Bathus spear is a tier 2 weapon from Daemonheim used in the Dungeoneering skill. The Bathus spear requires level 10 Attack to wield.

Players can obtain the Bathus spear with a Smithing level 17 using 4 Bathus bars, yielding 90 Smithing experience. Bathus spears can be poisoned inside Daemonheim using the Herblore skill. Poisoning the spear makes it a members item.
