The only way to unbind an item is to destroy it.

The Bathus gauntlets (Tier 2) are an item, worn in the hand slot, that can only be obtained and used while Dungeoneering. They require level 10 Defence to wear. They may be picked up from the table at the beginning of a dungeon, obtained as a monster drop, or produced using the Smithing skill.

They can be produced by using 1 Bathus bar with a hammer on an anvil, requiring level 11 Smithing and granting 19.5 smithing experience.
