A Basilisk head is a rare drop from Basilisks. It can be stuffed at the Taxidermist for 4,000 coins, or can be exchanged for 40 zeal points at the Soul Wars minigame for a baby basilisk pet. A ring of Wealth will increase the chances of this drop.
To mount a Basilisk head, the player must have 38 Construction. When mounted, it gives 243 Construction experience and 343 Slayer experience. The head is mounted in the Skill Hall with 2 Teak planks. Players may converse with it, resulting in a conversation whether the player is sorry about killing it.
