Barrelchest parts are an item used in A Clockwork Syringe. Barrelchest parts can be found in the store room on Bloodsplatter Isle.
The parts are used to make a Barrelchest disguise, by combining them with a barrel, and the head of a zombie (with a mouth stuffed with bandages and covered with a surgical mask).
