Used during 2007 Christmas Event to make a Barbarian Snowman
If you made a snowman from 30 snowballs, you can add this item to your snowman, it comes alive and he will talk to you. He will tell you about Land of Snow. Talk to a snow imp to get another hat.
If you made all the snowmen, you can go to Land of Snow, just talk to the snow imp and keep asking about Land of Snow. After a while he will take you there.
