The Banshee voice is used in the Smoking Kills quest to get through the barrier in the Desert Slayer Dungeon to reach the boss fight with the Banshee Mistress. It is dropped by the level 90 Mighty banshees in the well, requiring masked earmuffs to kill.

It is about a 75% drop from the Mighty banshees.
