A Banker is an NPC who works in a bank, where players can safely store coins and items in case they die. You learn about banks in the tutorial .

The bankers look different at various banks. Most of them are human, but those in Zanaris are fairies, the ones in Keldagrim are dwarves, the ones in Port Phasmatys are ghosts, the ones in gnomish regions are gnomes, and the ones in oo'glog are Ogress. They are not directly part of any quests. Players can speak to a banker either by clicking the banker or by clicking on the bank booth.

However, it is not necessary to speak to a banker to use the bank. Players can right-click the banker and select "Bank Banker" to access the bank interface directly. In most banks, it is also possible to right-click on the bank window and select "Use-quickly".

If the player only wants to deposit, he or she should look for the Bank Deposit Box (it is cylindrical). This can only be used to deposit items.

Bankers will teleport players to the Party Room if there is a upcoming drop.

You also can access Grand Exchange offers, your lent items box, and your Bank PIN through a banker.
