The Bandos scrimshaw is an item available as a drop from Revenants in the Forinthry Dungeon, or as a very rare drop from the Chaos Elemental. It was originally a drop from players in PvP worlds and Bounty Hunter worlds to replace certain items that were removed from the drop lists in those worlds (such as the Abyssal whip, Dragon full helm, and the Dragonfire Shield). The statuettes can be sold to either Mandrith in Edgeville bank, or Nastroth in Lumbridge for 50,000 coins.

- The Bandos scrimshaw used to be called the Bandos icon until the update by Jagex on 28 July.
- The Bandos Scrimshaw is one of the few things to even mention Bandos in Free to Play. The other being the Goblin Generals of the goblin village north of Falador referring to their "Big High War God"
- Despite being a scrimshaw, it cannot be equipped into the pocket slot of a character.
