Balnea Thermaenni Caldarium runs the ogress spa in Oo'glog and can be found in the bank. In the As A First Resort quest, players help her get the spa ready for the grand opening. She is the daughter of a taverner in Yanille. (presumably the one encountered during the Zogre Flesh Eaters quest)

Talk-to Balnea option:
- Hi there!
- Balnea: I'm ever so busy at the moment; please come back after the grand opening.
- What grand opening?
- Balnea: I'm sorry, I really can't spare the time to talk to you.
- Uh, sure.
Talk-to Ogress banker option:
- Ogress banker: ...
- Excuse me, can I get some service here, please?
- Ogress banker: GRAAAAAH! You go away, human! Me too busy with training to talk to puny thing like you.
- Balnea: I do apologise, sir/madam. We're temporarily unable to meet your banking needs.
- Balnea: We'll be open just as soon as we realise our customer experience goals and can guarantee the high standards of service that you expect from all branches of the Bank of RuneScape.
- What did you just say to me?
- Balnea: We're closed until I can teach these wretched creatures some manners.
- Ah, right. Good luck with that.

- Balnea's name refers to the Latin word for bath, an appropriate title for someone working in the spas of Oo'glog.
- Much of Balnea's dialogue consists of business jargon and buzzwords.
