Bagged plant 1 can be planted in the plant hotspots in a Garden within a player-owned house. It requires level 1 Construction to plant one and earns the player 31 Construction and Farming experience when built. You will need a watering can in your inventory in order to plant it.
They are bought from the garden supplier in Falador Park for 1,000 coins. When built in a house, they will turn into one of the following:

Bagged plants are also tertiary requirements to infuse stranger plant Summoning pouches. Bagged plants are very heavy so if you're creating a large number of stranger plant pouches, a visit to Oo'glog's salt water spring may be helpful as it gives you temporary unlimited run (based on your agility level).
