The Backpack is dropped by a skeleton, found only during the Zogre Flesh Eaters quest, in the caves of Jiggig. Inside it holds items that players use to investigate Brentle Vahn's death. These items are a Dragon tankard, rotten food and a knife. The knife is the only one of these items to have a use outside of the quest. Although you need the tankard for the quest, the rotten food is disposable.
The backpack automatically disappears after the player clicks to check what is inside it.
