The Baby dragon bone is a quest item dropped by Baby blue dragons during the Rag and Bone Man quest. The bone must be cleaned by adding it to a pot of vinegar and then boiled in the pot-boiler by the Odd Old Man's house north east of Varrock. Once cleaned it becomes a polished baby blue dragon bone and can be given to the old man.
