Baby Moles are pink-skinned babies of the Giant Mole in the Falador Mole Lair. They cannot be attacked or spoken to, only examined. There are about 20 Baby moles walking in the lair.

• When examine text is a reference to an Austin Powers film, where one of the characters has a mole on his face and Austin repeatedly talks about it by accident and another where Doctor Evil has a smaller version of himself made, whom he calls "Mini Me".
