The arcane stream necklace is widely considered to be the best magic amulet in the game, providing a +4.9% magic critical rate boost to the player wearing it. The necklace requires 80 Magic and 70 Dungeoneering to wear. Its critical bonus far surpasses that of the saradomin's hiss, although those without the extra five Magic levels or Dungeoneering prerequisites to purchase and equip it may find the latter a more suitable option.
