The arcane pulse necklace is obtained as a reward from the Dungeoneering skill and requires 6,500 Dungeoneering tokens to purchase, and requires level 30 Magic and level 30 Dungeoneering to equip. However, due to the cost in tokens, a level of 45 is needed. Due to the fact that the much cheaper amulet of magic now provides a greater bonus of +3.2% Magic crit, the arcane pulse necklace is considered largely useless as a Magic accessory.
