The arcane blast necklace is currently the best F2P magic amulet, giving a +3.5% magic critical bonus. By comparison, the amulet of magic (and the trimmed counterpart) only gives +3.2% magic critical bonus. The necklace requires 50 Magic and 50 Dungeoneering to wear; however, a minimum level of 54 Dungeoneering is required for the 15,500 tokens necessary to buy it.
