An Antipoison is a potion made via the Herblore skill. An antipoison cures poison and reduces poison damage by 100% for 86 seconds.
The number in brackets after the item name indicates the number of doses remaining in the vial and range from 1 to 4.
Members can make one with three doses by using clean marrentill on a vial of water and then adding Unicorn horn dust. This requires level 13 herblore and gives 50 herblore experience.
If the player adds roe to a 2-dose potion, it will become a 2 dose antipoison mix which heals 30 life points.
Antipoisons can be purchased at Jiminua's Jungle Store on Karamja and The Spice is Right in Sophanem.
It is recommended that players use Antipoison++ instead of this potion, as Antipoison++ is cheaper while offering an immunity period eight times longer (12 minutes per dose).

Flask
This potion can be made into an Antipoison flask by using at least six doses of it with a Potion flask. Players do not need a specific level to turn potions into flasks.
Trivia
- The idea of a Unicorn Horn in antipoison comes from a popular belief in the Middle Ages that a unicorn's horn could be used to neutralise the effects of poison, and that even possessing one could prolong someone's life.
- When mixing the antipoison it says unicorn horn instead of unicorn horn dust.
- If you are poisoned and you have any of the antipoisons in your inventory you can right click your health indicator on your action bar to heal, rather than going to your inventory. This is especially useful when you need to cure poison while having the spellbook, prayer list, or other interface open.
