The Amulet of holthion is a quest item used in the later stages of the Underground Pass quest. It is obtained by killing the level 91 demon Holthion. Once Holthion and his comrades Othanian and Doomion have been killed the player can use their amulets to open a chest that contains Iban's shadow.
This amulet is unequipablle, as it acts as a key during the quest.
