Alfredo is an intelligent penguin and one of only two known members of the Fettuccine Mafia. A native member of the Motherland, Alfredo is the brother of Noodle, another mafia member currently operating on the stationary Iceberg in the north-eastern Lunar Sea.

Unlike his brother, Alfredo has yet to appear in-game, and is mentioned by Noodle only in the quest Hunt for Red Raktuber.
