Alfonse the waiter is the waiter of The Shrimp and Parrot restaurant in Brimhaven. Alfonse is quite well-mannered, which is unusual as the population of Brimhaven consists primarily of pirates and thieves, which has resulted in him being alienated. His store, The Shrimp and Parrot, stocks 10 herring, cod, tuna, lobster, swordfish, and cooked karambwan.
In the Heroes' Quest, he is spoken to if the player is a member of the Phoenix Gang. He/she tells him the password "Gherkin" and he will direct you to the back to speak to Charlie the cook.
