The Alchemy guide provides players with help on high and low level alchemy spells and which items are profitable or good for experience. Please remember that the RuneScape economy is always changing, which means some information in this article may be slightly inaccurate or outdated.

A confirmation window when casting High Level Alchemy on items with a Grand Exchange value of 500,000 coins or higher has been added. This should prevent the accidental alching of those expensive items.

When one is using the Explorer's ring to low alchemy items, it does not show the confirmation screen.

Alchemy values

What follows is a listing of items and their low/high alchemy values; i.e. how many coins each item yields for its respective spell.

• Note that the current market price of Nature runes is 111 coins (update).
• Objects in italics are for members only.
• ¹ Based on nature runes that are crafted from pure essence that you mine yourself. This method takes a lot more time and is usually not recommended as the time spent could instead be used for a money making method which would cover the losses purchasing nature runes from the Grand Exchange.
• ² Based on nature runes purchased from the Grand Exchange.
