Agility arena tickets are earned by taking part in the Brimhaven Agility Arena. One agility arena ticket is earned for tagging more than one pillar in a row. They can be exchanged with Pirate Jackie the Fruit for various rewards, including Toadflax, Wergali, Snapdragon, a Pirate's hook and further Agility experience. If buying Agility experience with the tickets, it is advised to collect as large an amount as possible, since a significant bonus is given when larger numbers of tickets are exchanged.
They can be exchanged as follows:

Note that the minimum experience received when tickets are exchanged is 240 Agility experience for exchanging one ticket, whereas the maximum experience received when tickets are exchanged is 320 Agility experience per ticket when 1000 tickets are exchanged. Exchanging tickets in bulk allows players to receive up to 33% more experience than exchanging in small amounts. Also worth noting is that when you have completed all the medium Karamja Tasks, you will receive 10% more experience when trading in your tickets.
Note that it is only possible to get 1 ticket per minute as the pillars respond that fast (see Brimhaven Agility Arena, so it takes at least 1 hour 40 minutes to get 100 tickets, and at least 17 hours to get 1,000 tickets. Without Karamja gloves 4, this is the fastest possible a player could get tickets; however, one should expect to miss a pillar every so often, resulting in a slower rate.
When wearing Karamja gloves 4, there is a 25% chance of receiving double tickets. This means that it would take at least (approximately) 1 hour 20 minutes to receive 100 tickets, and at least 13 hours 20 minutes to receive 1,000 tickets.
