Aeonisig Raispher is the Saradominist advisor to King Roald. He is located on the first floor of Varrock Palace in the room next to the King. He appears before and during Darkness of Hallowvale, and mentions the Edicts of Guthix. He appears to be an extremist Saradominist, although he was not eager to go to war with the Vampyres, and dissuaded King Roald from doing so. He appears to influence the King a lot. During the quest, he makes himself seem difficult to bargain with, uptight even. Many players believe Aeonisig to be one of the conspirators seen during Legacy of Seergaze.
Although Varrock has free religion in theory, there has been much persecution of other religions in the city recently, particularly of worshipers of Zamorak. It is likely that he influenced this, as he implies that he does not like other religions, when spoken to during the quest.
