The Adamant spear is a two handed melee weapon. It is members only and can only be used in combat. It can be bought from other players or received as a monster drop. Players who have started learning Barbarian smithing and have level 75 Smithing may produce a spear at a Barbarian anvil from one adamantite bar and one yew log, receiving 125 smithing experience. It can be poisoned. It is also the fifth strongest spear after the Rune spear, Dragon spear, Zamorak spear and Guthan's warspear.
