An Adamant med helm is the second best medium helmet available to free-to-play players. It is the third best medium helm to Pay-to-play players. It requires level 30 Defence to wear.
Though the helmet provides a smaller defence bonus than an adamant full helm, it has a lower penalty to Magic attack and defence. This means it is potentially more useful than the full helm to players who are training Magic or Ranged skills.
This item can be bought from the Helmet Shop in Barbarian Village. Smith with 1 bar at level 73, or as a drop from various monsters.
