The Adamant full helm is the third best full helm in RuneScape. The helm provides greater Defence bonuses than its medium helm counterpart. Players need a Defence level of 30 to wear this helm.
To obtain an adamant full helm the player can either buy one from the Helmet Shop in the Barbarian Village, obtain one as a monster drop, make one using the Smithing skill (level 77 Smithing required), or trade with another player. Smithing an adamant full helm requires 2 adamantite bars, and gives the player 123 Smithing experience.
The adamant full helm can be given to Pikkupstix to be enchanted to hold up to 50 summoning scrolls. However, a Summoning level of 20 is required.

Trimmed adamant full helms and Gold-trimmed adamant full helms are variants to the normal adamant full helms. These trimmed helms may be obtained as rewards from level 2 Treasure Trails. They cannot be made through the Smithing skill.

Heraldic adamant full helms (h1-h5) may be obtained as rewards from level 2 Treasure Trails. As with trimmed helms, they cannot be made through the Smithing skill.

- The adamant full helm, including all other full helms, appeared to have suffered from a graphical bug at one point It seems that the blue plumes resembling most ordinary full helmets had been changed to a tinted red.
