An Accordion is found in the Rock Island Prison during the Rocking Out quest. It is hidden among the rubble to the north of the player's prison cell.

Stage 1: Broken accordionEdit
When played: "The accordion makes a sad clunking noise. No wonder it was thrown away."
When examined: A musical device.
Stage 2: Drilled accordionEdit
After using a Smashed bottle on it, when played: "The accordion was BROKEN before you drilled a hole in it. You can barely coax a whistle from it now. On the plus side, at least it has stopped clunking."
When examined: A musical device with a hole carved into it.
Stage 3: Piped-through accordionEdit
When a pipe is used on the accordion, the pipe is pushed through the accordion. When played: "The accordion makes a whistling noise through the pipe, but it is distinctly tuneless. As well as that, the pipe jiggles around enough that it might fall out."
When examined: A musical device with a pipe pushed through it.
Stage 4: Vacuum pumpEdit
When Inky paper is used on the accordion, it transforms into a Vacuum pump.
