A scruffy note is a note that players obtain from Bravek whilst doing the Plague City quest. It is really instructions to make a hangover cure, though it is apparently very difficult to read.
In-game players read it as follows:
| “ | Got a bncket of nnilk Tlen qrind sorne lhoculat | ” |
This roughly translates as:
"Get a bucket of milk. Then grind some chocolate with a pestle and mortar. Add the ground chocolate to the milk. Finally add some snape grass."
In short, the instructions are to add snape grass to chocolatey milk.
After making the cure this page is useless and can be dropped.
