A key is found in the tunnels underneath the maze surrounding the Tree Gnome Village. It's used to unlock the door where a gnome - Golrie - is hiding from monsters that have invaded his home. He gives the player Glarial's pebble, which is used in the Waterfall Quest. After the quest, the player can get the key again, if they lost it, by searching the crates again.

This key cannot be put on a Steel key ring.
