On 26 November 2009, Jagex announced[1] that there will be four J-Mod events that will take place on various worlds at various times from 26 November 2009 through 29 November 2009, lasting 4 days.

Clue Fest Support Group[]

Main article: Cryptic Clue Fest

The Clue Fest Support Group was an event where a J-Mod was in-game on World 74 at 20:00 UTC and 02:00 UTC at the Rimmington house portal to give players additional help with the clues.

The details are as follows:

27 November 20:00 UTC
28 November 20:00 and 02:00 UTC
29 November 20:00 and 02:00 UTC
30 November 02:00 UTC

PvP Hide'N'Seek[]

PvP Hide'N'Seek was a Jagex event where players entered World 21 at 21:00 UTC and would enter one of the specified J-Mod Clan Chats. When inside, players would wait for the J-Mod to give a cryptic clue specifying their location they were hiding, and the phrase they had to say when a player encountered them. This process continued until the session was declared over for the night.

Castle Wars: The J-Mod Experience[]

Castle Wars: The J-Mod Experience was a Jagex event which took place on World 24 at 22:30 UTC where one J-Mod entered a portal each at Castle Wars. Each moderator obtained the opposite team's flag and ran to the central island. Both moderators then summoned a steel titan which players must kill. After the titan was killed, the J-Mod who summoned it dropped the flag for anyone to pick up and deliver, or steal back. This happened at various points in each game, and at various locations within Castle Wars.

Games Room Bonanza[]

This event took place at the Burthorpe Games Room on World 45 at various times (see chart below). J-Mods faced off against anyone who wished to fight them, and accepted whatever terms the player wanted to challenge the J-Mod on.
