'Bird's-Eye' Jack is a quest NPC that has a minor role in the Lunar Diplomacy and Dream Mentor quests on Lunar Isle.
During the first, he is the navigator aboard the Lady Zay who you falsely accuse for mischarting the way to the Lunar Isle. He later becomes the eastern banker on Lunar Isle during the Dream Mentor quest. It is learned during this time that he is a friend of Cyrisus, the main NPC in Dream Mentor. After the quest, he is the only banker players may use without a Seal of passage. Although, this ability does not matter after the quest Dream Mentor, as this quest allows to use every banker without a Seal.
If a player speaks to Jack following Cyrisus's death following the conclusion of While Guthix Sleeps, a conversation regarding Cyrisus will be initiated.
