Legality

There was controversy as to whether SwiftKit was a legal program or not. Before, they had hidden the ads for free users, and this is against the rules. In the newer version, ads are allowed back in, making it legal to use for free players. The most recent version of SwiftKit complies with all rules set by Jagex, and is therefore legal.

Easter eggs

There is a hidden Easter egg in SwiftKit. If the player leaves the program on for 60 hours, they will get a series of popup messages, one of which asks them if they are Zezima.

SwiftKit improvements

SwiftKit is the next generation of SwiftSwitch. The creators of SwiftSwitch thought it was time for a name change since SwiftSwitch didn't really "Switch" worlds anymore. SwiftKit contains many of the same features as SwiftSwitch did. It also contains an MP3 player, an online radio, an armoury for checking weapon and armour statistics, and many other new things.

SwiftKit is currently out of beta testing at version 1.21. [source needed]
