The Ivory Shredflesh is available after the Fairytale part 3 quest in the area where you banished the Fairy godfather. Southeast of the fairy ring are a few of them who won't attack back, however they are surrounded by ones that are aggressive. Gromblod attacks with Range, while Shredflesh attacks with Melee, and Bre'eth with Magic.
