The dragon dagger is the strongest dagger available, and can only be wielded by members who have at least 60 Attack and who have completed the Lost City quest.
Dragon daggers are prized for player killing because they can be poisoned with the Herblore skill and because they have a powerful special attack. The special uses only 25% of special attack energy and causes the player to quickly attack twice the next round with slightly increased accuracy and strength.
Note that a poisoned Dragon Dagger (ddp) sells for 25k-30k, a strong poisoned Dragon Dagger (ddp+ or dd+) sells for 30k-45k, and a super strong poisoned Dragon Dagger (dds, ddp++, or dd++) sells for 45k-50k.
As with all Dragon weapons, players cannot make this item using the Smithing skill.
